फरीदाबाद। हरियाणा के पूर्व मंत्री करण सिंह दलाल ने केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री कृष्णपाल गुर्जर पर बड़ा हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि कल तक जिले को जजिया कर से मुक्ति दिलाने का दम भरने वाले मंत्री जी को संसद सदस्यता से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए क्योंकि गदपुरी टोल प्लाजा के खिलाफ पंजाब-हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट द्वारा गठित कमीशन ने माननीय हाईकोर्ट में पेश की अपनी रिपोर्ट में गदपुरी टोल प्लाजा को अवैध रूप से चलाना घोषित कर दिया है। कमीशन की रिपोर्ट में साफ दर्शाया गया है कि सिक्स लाइन हाइवे को बिना पूरा किए ही जबरदस्ती टोल प्लाजा शुरू किया गया है, जो पूरी तरह से नियमों के विरूद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री कृष्णपाल गुर्जर से सीधा सवाल किया कि जब पीपीपी मोड पर बनने वाले सिक्स लेन निर्माण पूरा ही नहीं हुआ तो फिर मंत्री महोदय ने यहां टोल क्यों शुरू होने दिया, इससे साफ जाहिर है कि टोल कंपनी और मंत्री-विधायकों की कहीं न कहीं मिलीभगत है। पूर्वमंत्री करण दलाल गुरुवार को सेक्टर-12 स्थित प्रदेश प्रवक्ता सुमित गौड़ के कार्यालय पर आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उनके साथ मुख्य रूप से प्रदेश प्रवक्ता नीरज गुप्ता, जितेंद्र चंदेलिया, जगन डागर गिरीश भारद्वाज आदि मौजूद थे। पूर्वमंत्री करण दलाल ने कहा कि गदपुरी टोल प्लाजा जब बना तो उन्होंने जनता के साथ उन्होंने इसका विरोध करते हुए लगातार दो महीनों तक टोल प्लाजा पर आंदोलन किया था, और इस दौरान तीन बार महापंचायत का आयोजन भी किया गया था, जिसके दबाव के बाद टोल कंपनी ने 20 किलोमीटर दायर में 315 की जगह 200 मासिक पास की सुविधा देकर और गदपुरी की जमीन का मुआवजा देने का आश्वासन देकर अन्य सुविधाएं देने की बात कह आंदोलन को खत्म करवा दिया, लेकिन तब भी वह इसके विरोध में थे क्योंकि उन्हें पता था कि टोल कंपनी केंद्रीय मंत्री और विधायकों से मिली भगत कर जनता का लूटने का काम जारी रखेगी। इसी के चलते उन्होंने अदालत की शरण ली और इन टोल प्लाजाओं को लेकर उन्होंने उच्च न्यायालय में अपने बेटे दीपक करण दलाल के माध्यम से याचिका दायर की थी, जिसमें हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए कमीशन मुकर्रर किया, जो यह जांच करेगा कि जो आरोप ठेकेदार व टोल कंपनी पर लगाए गए है वह सही है या नहीं, उन्होंने पत्रकारों के समक्ष दावा किया कि डेढ़ साल बाद हरियाणा में कांग्रेंस की सरकार गठित होने के बाद यहां के लोगों को गदपुरी टोल, बदरपुर और करमन टोल प्लाजा मुक्ति दिलाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि शर्म की बात है कि आज फरीदाबाद और पलवल चारों तरफ से टोल प्लाजाओं से घिरा हुआ है, यहां कोई भी व्यक्ति बिना टोल दिए नहीं आ सकता। उन्होंने जनता भाजपाईयों की लूट से परेशान और त्रस्त है, चाहे महंगाई की बात हो या बेरोजगारी की बात हो, हर मामले में भाजपा सरकार फेल साबित हुई है।
