गुरुग्राम। पंचगांव चौक स्थित एक वाईन शॉप चलाने वाले व्यक्ति की इसलिए गोली मारकर हत्या दी गई कि उसने अपनी वाईन शॉप बदमाशों के नाम पर नहीं की। हत्यारे गैंगस्टर लिपिन नेहरा के गुर्गे थे। लिपिन नेहरा द्वारा अपना वर्चस्व स्थापित करने के लिए ही अपने शूटरों से इस घटना को अंजाम दिलाया गया। घटना में एक व्यक्ति की मौत के अलावा दो व्यक्ति घायल भी हुए थे। बीती 16 जून 2023 को रात करीब 08:30 बजे गुरुग्राम-जयपुर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 स्थित पंचगांव चौक के पास स्थित डिस्कवरी वाईन शॉप पर 2 युवकों ने फायरिंग की। इस वारदात की सूचना पाकर थाना मानेसर की पुलिस टीम घटनास्थल पर पहुंची। पुलिस को पता चला कि वहां तीन लोगों को गोली मारी गई है। इस वारदात में संदीप नामक व्यक्ति की गोली लगने से मौत हो गई थी, जबकि देशराज शर्मा व राजेन्द्र प्रसाद नामक व्यक्ति गोलियां लगने के कारण घायल हो गए। जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।
पहले दी थी धमकी पर पुलिस को नहीं दी शिकायत
इस घटना को लेकर वाईन शॉप के मालिक ने पुलिस को शिकायत दी। उसने बताया कि करीब एक सप्ताह पहले किसी इन्टरनेशनल नम्बर से इसके व इसके भाई के फोन पर ठेका उनके नाम कराने व ठेका नाम नहीं कराने की सूरत में अन्जाम भुगतने का मैसेज करके धमकी दी गई थी। इस बारे में उन्होंने पुलिस को कोई सूचना नहीं दी थी। 16 जून को वह अपनी शॉप के पीछे अपने कार्यालय पर था तो गोलियां चलने की आवाज सुनाई दी। वाईन शॉप पर आकर देखा तो 2 अज्ञात व्यक्ति अन्धाधुन्ध फायरिंग कर रहे थे। कुछ ही देर में वे वहां से फरार हो गए। इस शिकायत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को फरूखनगर -हेलीमंडी रोड स्थित गांव डाबोदा से काबू किया, जिसकी पहचान रोहित गडरिया निवासी गाजियाबाद के रूप में हुई। उससे पूछताछ में पता चला कि वह और उसके 2 साथी सौरभ व दीपक नागर गैंगस्टर लिपिन नेहरा के लिए काम करते हैं। उसी के कहने पर उसने इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया।
शिकायतकर्ता से लिपिन नेहरा ने पंचगांव चौक के पास की डिस्कवरी वाईन शॉप उसके पिता दयाराम नेहरा के नाम करवाने के लिए कहा था। उसने वाईन शॉप नाम नहीं कराई तो लिपिन नेहरा ने उस पर दबाव बनाने व अपना वर्चश्व स्थापित करने के लिए इन्हें इस वारदात को अन्जान देने के लिए कहा था। उसने अपने 2 साथियों (सौरभ व दीपक नागर) के साथ मिलकर लिपिन नेहरा के कहे अनुसार इस वारदात को अन्जाम दिया। लिपिन नेहरा के कहे अनुसार ही उन्हें फरीदाबाद, रेवाड़ी व पटौदी में इसी प्रकार की अन्य वारदातों को भी अन्जाम देना था।
