गुरूग्राम, ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन के लिए नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एनजीटी) द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के चेयरमैन पी. राघवेन्द्र राव की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमेटी की 7वीं बैठक सोमवार को नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के कार्यालय में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में लीगेसी वेस्ट निस्तारण, फ्रैश वेस्ट निस्तारण, लीचेट मैनेजमैंट तथा वेस्ट-टू-एनर्जी प्लांट स्थापित करने के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की गई तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में लीगेसी वेस्ट प्रोसैसिंग की क्षमता बढ़ाने के बारे में नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त पीसी मीणा ने चेयरमैन को बताया कि फिलहाल 5500 टन प्रतिदिन की क्षमता से लीगेसी वेस्ट का निस्तारण किया जा रहा है, जिसे 15 फरवरी तक 7500 टन कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि चार नई एजेंसियों को लगाने के लिए प्लांट पर जमीन चिन्हित कर ली गई है तथा 31 मार्च तक लीगेसी वेस्ट प्रोसैसिंग की क्षमता 15000 टन प्रतिदिन की हो जाएगी। इसके अलावा, दो अन्य एजेंसियों के लिए भी टैंडर आमंत्रित किए जा रहे हैं। इस प्रकार अप्रैल माह के अंत तक लीगेसी वेस्ट प्रोसैसिंग की क्षमता 20000 टन प्रतिदिन की हो जाएगी। यहां यह भी बताया गया कि बंधवाड़ी में पड़े लीगेसी वेस्ट को सितम्बर माह के अंत तक प्रोसेस करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। यहां कमेटी के चेयरमैन पी. राघवेन्द्र राव ने फरीदाबाद नगर निगम के अधिकारियों से कहा गया कि उनके यहां बल्क वेस्ट जनरेटरों तथा डि-सैंट्रलाईज्ड माध्यम से कितना कचरा प्रोसेस हो रहा है तथा 31 मार्च तक क्या लक्ष्य है, इसकी एक रिपोर्ट एक सप्ताह में तैयार करके भेजें। लीचेट मैनेजमैंट के बारे में बैठक में बताया गया कि बंधवाड़ी प्लांट में 2 डीटीआरओ तथा एक लीचेट ट्रीटमैंट प्लांट के माध्यम से प्रतिदिन 500 केएलडी लीचेट का ट्रीटमैंट किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा, जीएमडीए के सीवरेज ट्रीटमैंट प्लांटों पर भी 500 केएलडी लीचेट का ट्रीटमैंट किया जा रहा है। बंधवाड़ी प्लांट में लगभग 13000 केएलडी लीगेसी लीचेट है, जिसे 31 मार्च तक ट्रीट कर लिया जाएगा। नगर निगम की योजना है कि 2 अन्य सीवरेज ट्रीटमैंट प्लांटों में 200-200 केएलडी क्षमता के डीटीआरओ लगाए जाएं। बैठक में गुरूग्राम महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सुधीर राजपाल, एसीएस इनवायरमैंट विनीत गर्ग, नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के आयुक्त पीसी मीणा, नगर निगम फरीदाबाद से संयुक्त आयुक्त डा. गौरव अंतिल एवं नगर निगम गुरूग्राम से संयुक्त आयुक्त (एसीबीएम) डा. नरेश कुम सहित नगर निगम गुरूग्राम व फरीदाबाद तथा एचएसपीसीबी के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
