गुरुग्राम। जिले के गांव पंचगाव केएमपी ओवरब्रिज के निकट एक राजस्थान रोडवेज के चालक, परिचालक व सवारियों के साथ एक वैगन-आर कार में सवार कुछ युवकों द्वारा मारपीट करते हुए लूटपाट करने की वारदात को अंजाम देने के सम्बन्ध में थाना बिलासपुर में मामला दर्ज कराया गया है। पुलिस प्रवक्ता सुभाष बोकन ने बताया कि कार में सवार युवकों में से कार के चालक राहुल ने भी थाना बिलासपुर की पुलिस टीम को एक शिकायत में राजस्थान रोडवेज के चालक द्वारा गलत तरीके से बस चलाने का विरोध करते हुए बस के चालक को सही तरीके से बस चलाने के लिए कहा तो बस चालक, परिचालक व अन्य कुछ लोगों ने कार में चालक व कार सवार युवकों के साथ गाली-गलौच करने, मारपीट करने तथा अपहरण करके चोटें मारने के सम्बंध में दी गई। वारदात के सम्बंध में मीडिया व अखबारों में कार में सवार लोगों द्वारा राजस्थान रोडवेज बस में लूटपाट करने की खबर छापी गई थी। पुलिस थाना बिलासपुर द्वारा मामले में तत्परता से कार्यवाही करते हुए गहनता से पूछताछ व जांच की गई तो प्रथम दृष्टया पाया कि रोडवेज बस के चालक, परिचालन तथा वैगन-आर चालक का सवारी बैठाने पर आपस में झगड़ा हुआ था, जिसके कारण एक दूसरों को चोटें लगी थी। रोडवेज बस को में लूटपाट के इरादे से कोई वारदात नही होनी पाई गई। इस सम्बंध में पुलिस थाना बिलासपुर द्वारा नियमानुसार आगामी कार्यवाही की जा रही है। वहीं दूसरी ओर नूरपुर गांव के सरपंच अतर सिंह तथा गंभीर रुप से घायल हुए राहुल के पिता रामकिशन, दूसरे घायल युवक हिमांशु के पिता धर्मवीर ने राजस्थान रोडवेज के चालक व परिचालक के ऊपर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि उन लोगों ने हमारे बच्चों को पीटते हुए राजस्थान तक ले गए। जिसके चलते उनकी हालत काफी गंभीर बन गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि बुरी तरह पीटे जाने के कारण राहुल आज इस हालत में हैं कि उसके बचने की उम्मीद भी काफी कम है। गांव के सरपंच अतर सिंह ने कहा कि जब हमारे गांव के बच्चों का तथा राजस्थान रोडवेज के चालक के बीच रोड पर गाडी गलत चलाए जाने के बीच तू तू मैं मैं हुई तो उन्होंने अपनी गलती को मानने की बजाय बच्चों को पीटना शुरु कर दिया तथा जब बच्चों से यह पूछा कि तुम कहां के रहने वाले हो और कौन सी बिरादरी के हो। दलित समाज का नाम सुनते ही चालक परिचालक भडक़ गए और बच्चों को पीटना शुरु कर दिया। बच्चों को पीटते हुए अपनी बस में डालकर भिवाड़ी राजस्थान ले गए। सरपंच व घायलों के पिता ने कहा कि जब यह मामला दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे पर हुआ था तो वे लोग बिलासपुर गांव के निकट थाने में क्यों नहीं गए तथा 100 या 112 नंबर पर फोन क्यों नहीं किया। इसके अलावा रास्ते में राठीवास मोड़, कापड़ीवास व धारुहेड़ा आदि पुलिस चौकी व थाने होने के बावजूद उन्होंने यहां पर शिकायत दर्ज न कराकर अपना राजनैतिक लाभ उठाने के लिए भिवाड़ी राजस्थान ले गए। यदि वे लोग सच्चे होते तो वहां तक ले जाने की क्या जरुरत थी। वहां पर ले जाकर उन्होंने बच्चों का उपचार कराने व माफी मांगने की बजाय उलटा उन पर झूठा आरोप लगवा दिया। सरपंच, घायल युवकों के पिता तथा पड़ोसियों ने मांग करते हुए कहा कि राजस्थान रोडवेज के चालक व परिचालक को तत्काल गिरफ्तार किया जाए तथा बच्चों के ऊपर लगाए गए झूठे मुकदमे वापिस लेकर हमें न्याय दिलाया जाए।
