सोहना नगर परिषद सोहना के अंतर्गत आने वाले वार्ड नम्बर 9 गांव जख्खोपुर के सरकारी स्कूल के बाहर लगा बिजली का ट्रांसफार्मर पिछले दस दिनों से फुंका पड़ा है, जिसके कारण लोगो को रात को अंधेरे में रहना पड़ रहा है। वही गलियो मे रात को अंधेरा पसरा रहने के कारण लोगों को काफी परेशानी का सामना करना है। वार्ड पार्षद मोगली का कहना है बिजली निगम के कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों से बार-बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद इस जले हुए ट्रांसफार्मर को न बदलने से गांव के लोगों में रोष व्याप्त है। धर्मपाल जांगडा, कैलाश, रमेश, सतीश,भोला,गुंजन,संजय ,आकाश, सीमा सहित काफी लोगों ने बताया कि उनके गांव के वार्ड 9 में सरकारी स्कूल के पास लगा बिजली का ट्रांसफार्मर दस दिनों पूर्व जल गया था। इस ट्रांसफार्मर के जलने के कारण उनके बिजली के सभी उपकरण शोपीस बनकर रह गए हैं। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि रात्रि के समय उनके वार्ड में पूरी तरह से अंधेरा पसरा रहता है जिसके कारण कई लोग रात को गिरकर घायल भी हो चुके हैं। साथ ही बताया कि वे कई बार वार्ड पार्षद मुकेश कुमार व बिजली कर्मचारियों से जले हुए ट्रांसफार्मर को बदलने के लिए कह चुके हैं लेकिन उनकी समस्या पर किसी भी कर्मचारी- अधिकारी ने अभी तक गौर नहीं किया है। ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया है कि बिजली कर्मचारी उनका ट्रांसफर न बदलवा कर अवैध वसूली कर रहे है! जोकि जले हुए ट्रांसफार्मर के बराबर में लगे दूसरे ट्रांसफार्मर पर बिजली कनेक्शन करके लोगो से 100 / 200 खर्चा वसूल रहे हैं ! नाम न छापने की शर्त पर कुछ लोगो का आरोप यह भी हैं कि टांसफार्मर बदलने का खर्चा 700 से 800 रुपये हर घर वसूल किया जा रहा हैं! ग्राम पार्षद एडवोकेट मुकेश कुमार से ली तो उन्होंने बताया 4 दिन पहले मैंने एसडीओ बिजली विभाग व जई मुस्तकीम को ट्रांसफार्मर जलने की शिकायत कर दी थी लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नही की जा रही है ! साथ ही बताया की मुझे पार्षद बने तीन से चार महीने हुए है ! गांव में नियुक्त बिजली कर्मचारियों द्वारा की जा रही अवैध वसूली की मेरे पास पहले भी चार से पांच शिकायतें आ चुकी है ! जिसकी शिकायत मैंने बिजली विभाग के एक्सियन साहब व बिजली विभाग एसडीओ साहब से कर दी है !
