गुरूग्राम। मांगों को लेकर दो दिन की हड़ताल पर बैठे नगर निगम कर्मचारियों ने अपनी हड़ताल को अनिश्चितकालीन कर दिया है। कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि वह कई बार अपनी मांगों को लेकर सरकार को ज्ञापन सौंप चुके हैं, लेकिन सरकार के कान पर जूं तक नहीं रेंगी। कई बार ज्ञापन सौंपने के बाद 23 मई से कर्मचारियों ने दो दिन की सांकेतिक हड़ताल शुरू कर दी थी। कर्मचारी नेताओं का आरोप है कि सरकार ने उनकी मांगों की अनदेखी कर दी है। जिसके बाद इस हड़ताल को अनिश्चितकाल करने का फैसला लिया है। सफाई कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल के कारण शहर में सफाई व्यवस्था ठप हो गई है और चारों तरफ गंदगी के ढेर लग गए हैं। वीरवार दोपहर को कर्मचारियों ने सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन करते हुए शहर में रैली भी निकाली दरअसल इससे पहले भी कई बार नगर निगम कर्मचारी संघ अपनी मांगों को लेकर ज्ञापन दे चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी तक उनकी मांगों को पूरा नहीं किया गया, जिसके बाद गुरुग्राम के 6 हजार से अधिक सफाई कर्मचारी एक बार फिर हड़ताल पर बैठ गए हैं। प्रदर्शन कर रहे कर्मचारियों की मानें तो उनकी मांग है कि कच्चे कर्मचारियों को पक्का किया जाए। सभी की तनख्वाह समय पर आए.डीसी रेट पर भर्ती की जाए। साथ ही कर्मचारियों का बैठने का स्थान निर्धारित किया जाए। सरकार और कर्मचारियों के बीच की तकरार का असर अब शहरवासियों के आम जनजीवन पर पड़ने लगा है। इससे पहले की तरह शहर बीमारियों की चपेट में आने लगा है। अब देखना यह होगा कि सरकार और कर्मचारियों की तकरार कब तक रहती है और आम जनता को किन-किन परेशानियों से जूझना पड़ता है।
