गुरुग्राम। हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा शराब परोसने की नई नीति लागू होने पर कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पंकज डावर ने भाजपा की मनोहर सरकार पर सवालिया निशान खड़े किए है, पंकज डावर का कहना है कि इस तरह की शराब नीति लागू करके सरकार पैसे तो कमा सकती है लेकिन कितने युवाओं को नशे की दलदल में धकेल देगी शायद सरकार को कोई अंदाजा नहीं है,पंकज डावर ने कहा कि हरियाणा की मनोहर सरकार ने एक ऐसी नीति लेकर जनता के सामने आई है जिसमें जिन संस्थानों में 5000 या उससे अधिक कर्मचारी काम करते होंगे उन संस्थानों को सरकार मात्र 10 लाख रुपए में शराब परोसने का लाइसेंस जारी कर देगी मौजूदा सरकार इस नीति के जरिए ऐसे संस्थानों में 5000 कर्मचारियों को शराब पिलाना चाहती है मतलब साफ है ऐसे कर्मचारियों को नशे की दलदल में धकेल कर अपना राजस्व बढ़ाना चाहती हैं पंकज डावर ने कहा कि हरियाणा में जो भी ऐसे संस्थान हैं जिसमें 5000 से अधिक कर्मचारी काम करते हैं उसमें 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक कर्मचारी 40 साल से कम उम्र के हैं जो युवाओं की श्रेणी में आते हैं अगर ऐसे कर्मचारियों की लत शराब पीने में लग गई तो अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि कर्मचारी जिन संस्थानों में काम करते हैं वह अपनी कमाई का 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक तो शराब में उड़ा देंगे ऐसी स्थिति में जब प्रदेश का युवा नशे की दलदल में फंस जाएगा तो उसे निकालेगा कौन, सरकार यह बताएं कि अगर युवाओं की जिंदगी खराब होगी तो उसका जिम्मेदार कौन होगा
