गुरुग्राम। भारतीय जनता पार्टी पंचायती राज प्रकोष्ठ के जिला संयोजक सरपंच सुंदर लाल के कार्यालय पर बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। आगामी 21 मई को सेक्टर-79 में मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के साथ राहगिरी कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लेने का निर्णय लिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री से 21 सदस्ययीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल मुलाकात करके खेड़कीदौला टोल प्लाजा को हटाने का मांग पत्र सौंपेगा।
सरपंच सुंदर लाल यादव ने बैठक में पहुंचे विभिन्न सोसायटी की आरडब्ल्यूए सदस्यो व निवासियों के साथ कई विषयों पर बात कही। इसमें सबसे अहम विषय खेड़कीदौला टोल प्लाजा का रहा। इस दौरान उन्होंने क्षेत्र के लोगों से यह भी आग्रह किया कि वे अधिक से अधिक संख्या में इस राहगिरी कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे। काफी समय बाद यहां पर राहगिरी कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जा रहा है। बच्चे, बड़े, बुजुर्ग सभी को इसमें शिरकत करनी चाहिए। सरपंच सुंदर लाल यादव ने कहा कि खेड़कीदौला टोल प्लाजा का हटना बहुत जरूरी है। यह टोल प्लाजा अब दो नगर निगमों गुरुग्राम व मानेसर की सीमाओं के बीच में है। कायदे से नगर निगम क्षेत्र में टोल प्लाजा नहीं होना चाहिए। सरकार के स्तर पर इसे हटाने के काफी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के अलावा केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने भी इसे हटाने के संदर्भ में कहा है। टोल प्लाजा जल्द से जल्द हटाया जाए, इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल को क्षेत्र के लोगों की तरफ से ज्ञापन देकर आग्रह किया जाएगा। सरपंच सुंदर लाल यादव ने कहा कि गुरुग्राम का विस्तार काफी हो चुका है। अब ऐसा लगता है कि हमें शहर में ही चलने के लिए टोल देना पड़ता है। यह सच्चाई भी है। लोगों को एक सड़क से दूसरी सड़क पर जाने के लिए टोल का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। इससे आर्थिक बोझ पड़ रहा है।
