रोहतक: कांग्रेस विधायक दल के चीफ व्हिप एवं विधायक भारत भूषण बत्तरा ने कहा त एक बार फिर रोहतक में बरसात ने सरकार और प्रशासन को आइना दिखा दिया है! 30जून की बरसात के बाद हुए भारी नुकसान से सबक लेकर अगर प्रशासन धरातल पर कोई कार्य करता तो एक बार फिर आज रोहतकवासी बाढ़ जैसे हालातों से ना जुझते! बत्तरा ने कहा की बाजार हो रिहायशी इलाके,पूरे शहर में कोई हिस्सा ऐसा नहीं जहां भारी जलभराव ना हुआ हो! दो दिन से हो रही बरसात से रोहतक में फैली अव्यवस्था पर आज विधायक भारत भूषण बत्तरा ने स्थानीय कांग्रेस भवन में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित किया! उन्होंने सरकार एवं प्रशासन के दावों पर सवाल खड़े किए! उन्होंने कहा कि पिछली बरसात से हुए नुकसान का मामला उन्होंने विधानसभा तक में उठाया , स्थानीय अधिकारियों को पत्र भी लिखा! विधानसभा में प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वयं कहा था कि जिस भी स्तर पर लापरवाही हुई है उसकी जांच होंगी! इसके बावजूद रोहतक प्रशासन ने अदूरदर्शिता का परिचय देते हुए मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी को नजरअंदाज किया कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया! इसका खामियाजा एक बार फिर शहर वासी भुगत रहे हैं! रोहतक के एमडीयू से लेकर नेकीराम विश्वविद्यालय तक, पूरे मॉडल टाउन क्षेत्र में, रोहतक के सेक्टर, आर्य नगर, नया बस स्टैंड इलाका, छोटू राम चौक, गोहाना रोड,कृष्णा कॉलोनी,किला रोड, रेलवे रोड, शोरी मार्केट,माता दरवाजा, काठ मंडी, ओल्ड हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी, गांधी कैंप, कच्चा बेरी रोड, भिवानी चुंगी, शिव कॉलोनी, पीजीआई केंपस,आदि क्षेत्रों में कल और आज जलभराव रहा! लोगों के प्रतिष्ठानों में पानी भरा लोगों के मकानों में पानी भरा, लोग अधिकारियों को फोन कर रहे हैं लेकिन वह संतुष्टिजनक भी जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है!विधायक भारत भूषण बत्तरा ने कहा कि ऐसा गैर जिम्मेदाराना रवैया उन्होंने कभी नहीं देखा! छोटू राम चौक इलाके में रात तक भी पानी खड़ा हुआ था पानी निकालने की बजाए प्रशासन ने सड़क के दोनों तरफ वेरीकेट लगाकर वाहनों को उधर जाने से ही रोक दिया! बत्तरा ने कहा कि गड्ढों से भरे रोहतक शहर के हालात पहले से दयनीय थे, रही सही कसर भारी जलभराव ने पूरी कर दी, ऊपर से बिजली के कट लगातार जारी है ! शहर के विभिन्न इलाकों में जलभराव की वजह से लोगों की मोटरसाइकिल कारे खराब हुई है, लोग गड्ढे में गिरे हैं! बत्तरा ने कहा कि स्थानीय नागरिकों की यह पीड़ा असहनीय है,और इसके लिए पूरी तरह से सरकार और स्थानीय प्रशासन जिम्मेदार है!
