गुरुग्राम। यहां सोहना रोड स्थित रहेजा मॉल संचालकों की मनमानी जारी है। वे मॉल के दुकानदारों का तो पहले से शोषण करते आ रहे हैं, साथ ही अब जिला प्रशासन के आदेशों को भी ठेंगा दिखा रहे हैं। मॉल में डीसी, जिला रजिस्ट्रार और डीटीपी के निर्देशों पर चुनाव भी हो चुका है, लेकिन रहेजा बिल्डर नई कार्यकारिणी को रिकॉर्ड सौंपने को तैयार नहीं है।रहेजा मॉल में दुकानदार नीरज बंसल ने कहा कि इस मॉल में करीब 200 दुकानदार हैं। वर्ष 2013 में उन्हें कब्जा मिल गया था। तभी से बिल्डर दुकानदारों का शोषण कर रहा है। बात पुलिस तक भी जा चुकी है, लेकिन बिल्डर अपनी मनमानी से बाज नहीं आ रहा। बिल्डर द्वारा अपनी ही कंपनी रियल केयर सर्विसेज लिमिटेड के माध्यम से यहां मैंटेनेंस का काम किया जा रहा है। मैंटनेंस के नाम पर भी लूट मचा रखी है। मैंटनेस के पैसे लेकर भी सुविधाएं नहीं दी जा रही। दुकानदार महा सिंह, पंकज बवेजा, अभिषेक गाबा ने कहा कि 19 नवंबर 2022 को बिजली का बिल नहीं भरने पर बिजली काट दी गई थी। बिजली के बिल के पैसे बिल्डर दुकानदारों से ले चुका था, लेकिन बिजली विभाग में जमा नहीं कराए। बिजली काटे जाने से दुकानदारों का काम भी यहां ठप हो गया। वे काफी दुकानदार परेशान रहे। अपने काम चलाने के लिए दुकानदारों ने ही मिलकर 27 लाख रुपये बिजली का बकाया बिल भरा और बिजली चालू कराई। दुकानदारों ने अपनी दुकानें बंद करके मॉल के बाहर पूर्व में धरना भी दिया। सदर थाने में दोनों तरफ के लोगों के बीच बात हुई। फिर भी बिल्डर ने अपनी मनमानी नहीं छोड़ी। बिल्डर यहां से खुद को अलग नहीं करना चाहता।
दुकानदारों ने बताया कि जिला उपायुक्त, जिला रजिस्ट्रार और जिला टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानर के निर्देशों पर यहां का चुनाव हो चुका है, जिसमें दुकानदार पदाधिकारी चुने गए हैं। दुकानदारों ने डीसी, रजिस्ट्रार व एसटीपी को पत्र लिखकर कहा है कि हमें मॉल का काम-काज हेंडओवर कराया जाए, ताकि वे यहां की व्यवस्थाओं को देख सकें। दुकानदारों के आग्रह पर डीसी, एसटीपी और रजिस्ट्रार ने आदेश दिया कि डेवेलपर सारा रिकॉर्ड नई कार्यकारिणी को हेंडओवर करेे। उसके बाद भी बिल्डर ने कुछ नहीं किया। उनके खिलाफ एक व्यक्ति के माध्यम से स्टेट रजिस्ट्रार को शिकायत करवा दी कि यह चुनाव सही नहीं हुआ। दुकानदारों ने चुनाव पर कहा कि जिला रजिस्टार ने सीबीआई के रिटायर्ड डीएसपी को चुनाव के लिए अधिकारी नियुक्त किया था। उनकी देखरेख में चुनाव हुआ। ऐसे में चुनाव पर उंगली उठाना गलत है।
