गुरुग्राम जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों स्थित कई प्रतिष्ठानों में श्रमिक विवाद चले आ रहे हैं। श्रमिक यूनियनें प्रबंधनों पर आरोप लगाती रही हैं कि प्रबंधन जान-बूझकर उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं करना चाहता। जिससे औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में श्रमिक अशांति व्याप्त होने का भय बना हुआ है। रविवार को नपिनो ऑटो श्रमिक यूनियन के पदाधिकारियों व सक्रिय सदस्यों की बैठक का आयोजन श्रमिक संगठन एटक के जिला कार्यालय में जिला महासचिव कामरेड अनिल पंवार की अध्यक्षता में किया गया। बैठक में मौजूदा हालातों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। यूनियन के महासचिव परमानंद ने कहा कि कानूनी कार्यवाही के साथ-साथ आंदोलन के रास्ते भी अपनाने होंगे और शीघ्र ही कुछ न्यायालय में भी प्रबंधन के खिलाफ एक याचिका दायर की जाएगी। श्रमिक नेता ने कहा कि प्रबंधन की गैर कानूनी छंटनी को लेकर श्रमिकों में भारी रोष है। प्रबंधन ने नपिनो के नाम से ही अनेक कंपनियां लगाई हुई हैं। प्रबंधन का अनुचित श्रम अभ्यास जारी है। प्रबंधन श्रम विभाग की कार्यवाही को भी नजर अंदाज कर रहा है। सेंकड़ों श्रमिक बेरोजगार होकर सड़कों पर धक्के खा रहे हैं। अनिल पंवार ने बताया कि एटक का प्रतिनिधिमंडल प्रदेश के श्रम आयुक्त से मिला था और अगले माह श्रम आयुक्त से फिर मुलाकात कर उनसे आग्रह किया जाएगा कि श्रमिकों की मांगों पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार कर समस्याओं का समाधान कराया जाए, ताकि औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में श्रमिक शांति बनी रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रमिकों की यह लड़ाई तब तक जारी रहेगी, जब तक श्रमिकों के साथ न्याय नहीं हो जाता। बैठक में श्रमिक नेता सुदेश शर्मा, संदीप सिंह, कुलदीप सिंह, आलोक राय, दर्शना, राजेश कुमार, धर्मवीर, संजय सेठी आदि भी शामिल रहे।
