गुरुग्राम। नगर निगम गुरुग्राम का सभी सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित आलीशान कार्यालय भवन अगले साल यानी जून 2024 तक बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा। गुरुग्राम-महरौली स्थित राजकीय कन्या महाविद्यालय के सामने व्यापार सदन में यह भवन निर्माणाधीन है। यह जानकारी निगमायुक्त पीसी मीणा द्वारा ली गई विकास योजनाओं, प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स व सफाई कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक में उन्हें दी गई। नगर निगम गुरुग्राम कार्यालय का यह भवन करीब 129 करोड़ रुपये में बनकर तैयार होगा। बैठक में समीक्षा के दौरान चीफ इंजीनियर राधेश्याम शर्मा ने बताया कि नगर निगम द्वारा कई बड़ी मुख्य परियोजनाएं निर्माणाधीन हैं तथा कुछ परियोजनाएं सरकार के स्तर पर स्वीकृति व टेंडर आदि प्रक्रिया में हैं। निगम कार्यालय के अलावा सोहना अड्डा ओल्ड रेलवे रोड पर मल्टीलेवल कार पार्किंग का निर्माण तेज गति से चल रहा है। इसका स्ट्रक्चर पूरा हो चुका है। इस पार्किंग के बनने के बाद क्षेत्र में पार्किंग की समस्या से निजात मिलेगी। निगमायुक्त ने कहा कि इस परियोजना से निगम को कितनी आय होगी, इसका एस्टीमेट तैयार करें तथा ऑक्शन प्लान तैयार करें। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें राजस्व बढ़ोतरी पर ध्यान देना है।
इन योजनाओं की भी दी गई जानकारी
बैठक में अधिकारियों ने शीतला माता मंदिर कॉम्पलैक्स, मेन पंपिंग स्टेशन खांडसा, बाल भवन ऑडिटोरियम, सेक्टर-14 कम्युनिटी सेंटर, कमला नेहरू पार्क स्वीमिंग पूल, अजीत स्टेडियम, वजीराबाद स्टेडियम, आर्ट एंड कल्चरल कॉम्पलैक्स, अमरूत योजना के तहत बनाए गए 6 सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट, विभिन्न पार्कों में बनाए गए 41 माईक्रो एसटीपी आदि के बारे में जानकारी दी।

प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स की समीक्षा के दौरान निगमायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे एक लाख से ऊपर प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स बकाएदारों की एक सूची तैयार करें तथा टॉप-100 डिफाल्टरों की भी अलग से सूची बनाएं। इन सभी से प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स की वसूली करने के लिए एक विशेष अभियान चलाया जाए।सफाई व्यवस्था की समीक्षा के दौरान निगमायुक्त ने कहा कि निगम सीमा में स्थित सभी बल्क वेस्ट जनरेटरों की जांच करवाकर उनके वहां ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन नियमों की पालना सुनिश्चित करवाएं। अगर कोई नियमों की पालना नहीं करता है, तो नियमानुसार उस पर कार्रवाई की जाए। उन्होंने अतिरिक्त निगमायुक्तों, पर्यावरण एवं स्थिरता विंग के नोडल अधिकारी तथा संयुक्त आयुक्तों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी। निगमायुक्त ने कहा कि हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य शहर को साफ रखना है। इसके लिए आरडब्ल्यूए प्रतिनिधियों को अधिक से अधिक शामिल करें तथा उनका सहयोग लें।
