गुरुग्राम, जिला की पंचायती राज संस्थाओं की वार्डबंदी का अंतिम प्रकाशन बुधवार को कर दिया गया है। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी एवं उपायुक्त निशांत कुमार यादव ने पंचायत समितियों व जिला परिषद के वार्डों की अंतिम सूची बुधवार को प्रकाशित कर दी है।
जिला विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी नरेंद्र सारवान ने यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पंचायती राज निर्वाचन नियमावली के नियम 4(5) के अंतर्गत सरकार की अधिसूचना अनुसार जिला गुरुग्राम में 28 मई 2021 को जिला परिषद के वार्ड 1 से 10, पंचायत समिति गुरुग्राम के 10 वार्ड, पंचायत समिति पटौदी के 28 वार्ड, पंचायत समिति सोहना के 14 वार्ड व पंचायत समिति फर्रुखनगर के 20 वार्डों का प्रारंभिक प्रकाशन किया गया था। बाद में पंचायत समिति पटौदी व फरुखनगर की कुछ ग्राम पंचायतें नगर परिषद पटौदी-मंडी में समायोजित किया गया था। जिसके मद्देनजर वार्ड बंदी में संसोधन करते हुए पंचायत समिति पटौदी में 25 वार्ड व पंचायत समिति फरुखनगर में 19 वार्ड बनाए जाने को लेकर दावे व आपत्तियां आमंत्रित की गई थी।सारवान ने बताया कि उपरोक्त दोनों पंचायत समिति से प्राप्त दावों व आपत्तियों की सुनवाई के लिए 07 सितंबर को सिविल लाइन्स स्थित स्वतंत्रता सेनानी भवन में अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त विश्राम कुमार मीणा की अध्यक्षता में बैठक बुलाई गई थी। जिसमें उनके पास जिला परिषद के वार्डों से संबंधित 5 व पंचायत समिति पटौदी से एक आपत्ति आई थी। एडीसी द्वारा इन सभी दावे व आपत्तियों का निपटारा किए जाने के बाद उपायुक्त ने वार्डबंदी के अंतिम प्रकाशन को मंजूरी दे दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि वार्डबंदी का अंतिम प्रकाशन होने के बाद जिला में इन पंचायती संस्थाओं की निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया है।

सारवान ने बताया की उपायुक्त द्वारा वार्डबंदी के अंतिम प्रकाशन की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद अब पटौदी पंचायत समिति में वार्डों की कुल संख्या 25 रह गई है। वहीं पंचायत समिति फर्रुखनगर में अब कुल 19 वार्ड होंगे। इसी प्रकार पटौदी खंड के गांव गदाईपुर को जिला परिषद के वार्ड 10 से हटाकर वार्ड 9 में जोड़ा गया है। अब गुरुग्राम में जिला परिषद के कुल 10 वार्ड, पंचायत समिति सोहना में 14 व पंचायत समिति गुरुग्राम में 10 वार्ड बनाए गए हैं।वार्डबंदी के तहत जिला की 157 ग्राम पंचायतों को ज़िला परिषद के 10 वार्डो में बांटा गया, वार्ड 9 में सबसे अधिक 27 तो वार्ड 7 में सबसे कम 8 ग्राम पंचायत,वर्ष 2011 की जनगणना के आधार पर जिला की 157 ग्राम पंचायतों को 10 वार्डों में बांटा गया है। इनमें वार्ड 9 में सबसे अधिक 27 ग्राम पंचायत हैं, वहीं वार्ड 7 में सबसे कम 8 ग्राम पंचायत है। उन्होंने बताया कि उपरोक्त 157 ग्राम पंचायतों की कुल जनसंख्या 3 लाख 19 हजार 132 है। इसमें वार्ड 8 में सर्वाधिक 37 हजार 248 जनसंख्या है तो वार्ड 5 में सबसे कम यानी 27 हजार 456 है।
