गुरुग्राम। स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री डा. कमल गुप्ता ने कहा कि जिला के 5 स्थानीय निकायों के पास 1512 करोड़ रुपये का फंड है, जिसका उपयोग बेहतर सुविधाएं विकसित करने में किया जाए। इसके तहत अधिकारी अच्छी योजनाएं तैयार करें। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि बेहतर एवं सुंदर सड़कों का विकास, पार्कों का सौंदर्यकरण, शमशान घाटों का विकास, चौक-चौराहों का सौंदर्यकरण आदि कार्य किए जाएं। यह निर्देश उन्होंने यहां पीडब्ल्यूडी विश्राम गृह में अधिकारियों की बैठक में दिए। उन्होंने पांचों निकायों से कहा कि वे सड़कों का सौंदर्यकरण करवाएं। इसमें सड़कों पर तिरंगा लाईटें, डिवाईडर व ग्रील का सुधार एवं पेंट, पौधे लगाने, ड्रेनेज सिस्टम दुरुस्त करने तथा चौक-चौराहों पर फव्वारे आदि कार्य शामिल हैं। इसके साथ ही पार्कों में घास, पौधे, रंगीन लाईटें, टै्रक, चारदीवारी, जिम आदि की बेहतर सुविधाएं विकसित करें। उन्होंने इन कार्यों के लिए 31 मई तक का समय अधिकारियों को देते हुए कहा कि इस समय तक वे रिजल्ट देखना चाहते हैं। ये कार्य साफ सिटी-सेफ सिटी प्रोजेक्ट के तहत करने के निर्देश स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री द्वारा दिए गए। नगर निगम गुरुग्राम व मानेसर, नगर परिषद सोहना, पटौदी-मंडी तथा नगर पालिका फरूखनगर के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक में डा. गुप्ता ने प्रॉपर्टी आईडी, प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स रिकवरी, वित्तीय स्थिति, स्वामित्व योजना, कॉलोनी रैगुलराईजेशन, नगर दर्शन पोर्टल तथा साफ सिटी-सेफ सिटी परियोजना की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। प्रॉपर्टी आईडी की समीक्षा के दौरान निकाय मंत्री डा. कमल गुप्ता ने कहा कि पूरे प्रदेश में 42 लाख 70 हजार प्रॉपर्टी आईडी तैयार की गई हैं, जिन्हें इंटीग्रेट करने का कार्य तेज गति से किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री स्वामित्व योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों ने बताया कि गुरुग्राम जिला के पांचों निकायों में योजना के तहत 1049 प्रॉपर्टी हैं, जिनमें 849 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए हैं। इनमें 473 आवेदनों की स्वीकृति प्रदान की जा चुकी है, 166 रिजेक्ट हुई हैं तथा 210 आवेदन लंबित हैं। जिनकी प्रक्रिया चल रही है। निकाय मंत्री ने कहा कि यह योजना मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल का ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट है। लंबित आवेदनों का समाधान भी जल्द से जल्द करवाएं।
