गुरुग्राम। केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्गमंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने गुरुवार को गुरुग्राम में खेड़की दौला टोल के निकट गुरुग्राम-द्वारका एक्सप्रेस-वे के ट्रंपेट इंटरचेंज से नई दिल्ली के द्वारका तक निर्माणाधीन परियोजना का निरीक्षण किया।
उनके साथ केंद्रीय सांख्यिकी एवं कार्यक्रम क्रियांवयन व योजना राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) एवं स्थानीय सांसद राव इंद्रजीत सिंह, केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग राज्य मंत्री व नागरिक उड्डयन राज्य मंत्री वीके सिंह तथा दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल वीके सक्सेना भी मौजूद रहे। हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली तक जल्द ही कनेक्टिविटी बेहतर होने जा रही है। दिल्ली-गुरुग्राम के बीच पुराने एनएच के साथ ही अब द्वारका एक्सप्रेस-वे का नया विकल्प मिलेगा। केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने खेड़की दौला के निकट एक्सप्रेस-वे पर बने इंटरचेंज का अवलोकन किया। इसके उपरांत वे राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण द्वारा द्वारका एक्सप्रेस-वे के निर्माण की प्रगति पर आधारित प्रदर्शनी में पहुंचे। जहां पर स्थानीय निवासियों ने हरियाणा की पारंपरिक पगड़ी बांध कर केंद्रीय मंत्री का स्वागत किया। गडकरी ने इस दौरान कहा कि इस एक्सप्रेस-वे के आरंभ होने से गुरुग्राम और दिल्ली के आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट के बीच कनेक्टिविटी बेहतर होगी। इस परियोजना में सड़क परिवहन की चार श्रेणी होंगी, जिसमें टनल, अंडरपास, फ्लाईओवर तथा फ्लाईओवर के ऊपर फ्लाई ओवर होंगे। इस एक्सप्रेस-वे की हरियाणा वाले हिस्से में इस सड़क की लंबाई 18.9 किलोमीटर तथा दिल्ली वाले क्षेत्र में 10.1 किलोमीटर है।

केंद्रीय सांख्यिकी, कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन व योजना राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) एवं स्थानीय सांसद राव इंद्रजीत सिंह ने गुरुग्राम आगमन पर केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी का स्वागत किया। निरीक्षण के उपरांत उन्होंने क्षेत्रवासियों को द्वारका एक्सप्रेस-वे के लिए बधाई दी। गुुरुग्राम के निवासियों के लिए सरकार की यह एक बड़ी सौगात है। इस एक्सप्रेस-वे के आरंभ होने से न केवल गुरुग्राम, बल्कि एनसीआर क्षेत्र में सड़कों के ढांचागत तंत्र को नया विस्तार मिलेगा। जिसका लाभ इस क्षेत्र के नए सेक्टरों में रहने वाले लोगों को भी होगा। साथ ही क्षेत्र मे तरक्की आएगी।
देश में अपनी तरह का पहला एलिवेटेड एक्सेस कंट्रोल एक्सप्रेस-वेलगभग 9000 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से द्वारका एक्सप्रेस-वे एलिवेटेड 8-लेन एक्सेस कंट्रोल एक्सप्रेस-वे बनाया गया है। जिसमें 9 किलोमीटर लंबाई में सिंगल पिलर पर आठ लेन का 34 मीटर चौड़ा एलिवेटेड रोड भी है, जोकि देश में अपनी तरह का पहला एलिवेटेड रोड है। हरियाणा में यह एक्सप्रेस-वे पटौदी रोड (एसएच-26) में हरसरू के पास और फरूखनगर (एसएच-15ए) में बसई के पास मिलेेगा। इसके अलावा यह दिल्ली-रेवाड़ी रेललाईन को गुरुग्राम के सेक्टर-88 (बी) के पास और दिल्ली के भरथल में भी क्रास करेगा। एक्सप्रेस-वे गुरुुग्राम जिला में प्रस्तावित ग्लोबल सिटी के साथ-साथ सेक्टर-88, 83, 84, 99, 113 को द्वारका सेक्टर-21 से जोड़ेगा। इस अवसर पर दिल्ली के सांसद प्रवेश वर्मा व रमेश विधूड़ी, एनएचएआई के सदस्य मनोज कुमार, जिला प्रशासन की ओर से सीपीओ वत्सल वशिष्ठ, बादशाहपुर के एसडीएम सतीश यादव, एनएचएआई के प्रोजेक्ट डायरेक्टर निर्माण के जंभूलकर, क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी मोहम्मद शफी सहित अन्य अधिकारीगण व गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद रहे।
