गुरुग्राम, प्रदेश सरकार ने प्रदेशवासियों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं देने के लिए कई योजनाएं शुरु की हुई हैं, जिनमें प्रधानमंत्री की महत्वाकांक्षी आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत पात्र लोगों को गोल्डन कार्ड भी दिए जा रहे हैं। इस योजना को एक अभियान के रुप में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा चलाया जा रहा है, ताकि आयुष्मान भारत कार्डधारक चिन्हित निजी अस्पतालों में भी अपना उपचार करा सकें। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को लेकर वर्ष 2022 शहरवासियों के लिए कोई ज्यादा अच्छा नहीं रहा। क्योंकि शहर के सिविल अस्पताल को सैक्टर 10 स्थित नागरिक अस्पताल में शिफ्ट किया हुआ है और अन्य विभागों को भी सैक्टर 31 व पालम विहार क्षेत्र में शिफ्ट कर दिया गया जिससे शहरी व ग्रामीण रोगियों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए काफी भटकना भी पड़ रहा है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग का कहना है कि पुराना सिविल अस्पताल जर्जरावस्था में हो चुका था, इसको तोडकर नया बनाना है। सिविल अस्पताल की जर्जर हुई इमारत को तोडऩे का कार्य भी जारी है जो अभी तक पूरा नहीं हो सका है। जो स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सिविल अस्पताल में एक छत के नीचे लोगों को मिलती थी, वे अब शहर के विभिन्न स्थानों पर बिखर कर रह गई। यानि कि लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए कहीं सैक्टर 10 तो कहीं सैक्टर 31 व विभिन्न प्राइमरी हैल्थ सेंटरों पर धक्के खाने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है। इस सब का लाभ निजी अस्पताल उठा रहे हैं। गुडग़ांव शहर की आबादी 40 लाख तक पहुंच चुकी है, लेकिन बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का पूरे वर्ष अभाव ही रहा। बताया जाता है कि जब सिविल अस्पताल शहर के बीचोंबीच था, तब प्रतिदिन करीब अढ़ाई हजार रोगियों की ओपीडी होती थी, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं अन्यत्र शिफ्ट हो जाने के बाद ओपीडी भी प्रभावित रही है। वर्ष 2018 में प्रदेश सरकार ने पब्लिक प्राईवेट पार्टनशिप के तहत सैक्टर 10 स्थित सिविल अस्पताल में हार्ट सेंटर व डायलिसिस की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध कराई थी, लेकिन इन दोनों सुविधाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार विस्तृत रुप से नहीं किया गया, जिससे लोगों को सरकार की इन सुविधाओं का लाभ भी पर्याप्त रुप से नहीं मिल पा रहा है। वर्ष 2022 में कोरोना महामारी का सामना स्वास्थ्य विभाग को करना पड़ा। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने अपनी ओर से भरसक प्रयास किए कि मौजूद संसाधनों का लाभ कोरोना पीडि़तों को दिया जाए।
