गुरूग्राम, हरियाणा के शहरी स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री डा. कमल गुप्ता ने शुक्रवार को गुरूग्राम पहुंचकर स्थानीय लोक निर्माण विभाग के विश्राम गृह में नगर निगम गुरूग्राम एवं मानेसर, नगर परिषद सोहना एवं पटौदी-मंडी तथा नगर पालिका फरूखनगर के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। बैठक में निकाय मंत्री ने कहा कि नई प्रॉपर्टी आईडी व पुरानी प्रॉपर्टी आईडी को लिंक कर दिया गया है तथा अब प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों को इस बारे में जानकारी देने का कार्य बड़े स्तर पर किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे प्रदेश में 42 लाख प्रॉपर्टीज हैं, जिनमें से 3.10 लाख आपत्तियां प्राप्त हुई थी, जिनका समाधान कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए कि किसी भी प्रॉपर्टी का डाटा गलत ना हो। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल के आदेश हैं कि प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स डाटा पूरी तरह से दुरूस्त होना चाहिए, ताकि उसके अनुरूप जनकल्याणकारी योजनाएं बनाने में भी सहायता मिलेगी। इसके अलावा, अगर प्रॉपर्टी डाटा दुरूस्त होगा तो प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स भी सही प्रकार से एकत्रित हो सकेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरूग्राम जिला में स्थित सभी निकायों में 7 लाख से अधिक प्रॉपर्टी आईडी हैं। अधिकारी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि यह पूरा डाटा दुरूस्त रहे तथा सभी प्रॉपर्टी मालिक अपना प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स जमा करवाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों की सभी समस्याओं का समाधान करना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे प्रतिदिन प्राप्त होने वाली आपत्तियों का समाधान तुरंत ही करें तथा इस बारे में मुख्यालय को प्रतिदिन रिपोर्ट भेजना सुनिश्चित करें। पार्किंग की मार्किंग अभियान की समीक्षा के दौरान डा. गुप्ता ने कहा कि क्षेत्र में जहां कहीं भी संभव हो, चार पहिया व दुपहिया वाहनों की पार्किंग के लिए मार्किंग करवाएं। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि जिन सडक़ों की चौड़ाई अधिक हैं, उनके एक हिस्से में पार्किंग लाईन बनाएं, ताकि वहां पर गाडिय़ां पार्क हो सकें। अगर कोई वाहन इस लाईन को क्रॉस करता है, तो उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए। बैठक में गुरूग्राम के विधायक सुधीर सिंगला, पटौदी के विधायक सत्यप्रकाश जरावता, नगर निगम मानेसर के आयुक्त मोहम्मद इमरान रजा, नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के अतिरिक्त आयुक्त अमरदीप सिंह, एडीशनल म्यूनिसिपल कमिशनर रोहताश बिश्नोई, संयुक्त आयुक्त सुमित कुमार व विजय यादव, नगर निगम मानेसर के संयुक्त आयुक्त गजेन्द्र सिंह व अलका चौधरी, जिला परिषद की सीईओ अनु श्योकंद, नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के एसई राधेश्याम शर्मा, मानेसर के एसई विजय ढ़ाका, डीएमसी डा. विजयपाल यादव, सीटीपी सतीश पराशर, सीएओ विजय सिंगला एवं बीबी कालरा, जेडटीओ गुलशन सलूजा एवं देवेन्द्र कुमार सहित गुरूग्राम, मानेसर, सोहना, पटौदी मंडी एवं फरूखनगर के अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
