उन्होंने मीडिया के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए कहा कि 12 वर्ष की आयु में ही उन्हें देव कुमार जादूगर के स्कूल में आयोजित शो से प्रेरणा मिली और इसके बाद परिवार के खिलाफ जाकर इस कला को अपनाया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस कला को अपनाने का उनका संकल्प दुनिया के अंदर अपनी अलग पहचान बनाना रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कड़ी मेहनत और लगन सेे इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में कामयाबी मिली। उन्होंने एक सवाल के जवाब में बताया कि वर्ष 1974 से जादू के शो दिखाने शुरू किए थे। अब तक 48 वर्ष हो चुके हैं। इस अवधि के दौरान अब तक करीब 28000 शो दिखा चुके हैं जिनमें से 23 हजार शो चैरिटेबल के लिए दिखाए गए हैं। इनमें सुनामी बाढ़ पीडि़तों, मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष, कारगिल, स्कूलों व अस्पतालों के लिए शो शामिल हैं।
