गुरुग्राम।डीसी निशांत कुमार यादव की अध्यक्षता में लघु सचिवालय स्थित सभागार में डी-प्लान के तहत वर्ष 2022-23 में करवाए गए कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित हुई। बैठक में जिला योजना अधिकारी से विस्तृत प्रगति रिपोर्ट लेने उपरान्त डीसी ने विकास कार्यों के क्रियान्वयन से जुड़े संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को जिला में डी-प्लान के तहत करवाए जाने वाले विकास कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।डीसी ने बैठक में उपस्थित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों से कहा कि वे मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में जिला में डी प्लान के तहत होने वाले विकास कार्यों की शुरुआत से पूर्व उसकी ग्राउंड रिपॉर्ट तैयार कर यह सुनिश्चित करें कि एक बार विकास कार्य शुरू होने पर उसमें किसी प्रकार की अड़चन नही आएगी। बैठक में जिला योजना अधिकारी ने बताया कि सरकार से जिला गुरुग्राम को जिला योजना वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए कुल 11 करोड़ 94 लाख 75 हजार रुपए की राशि स्वीकृत हुई है। सरकार से प्राप्त निर्देशों के अनुसार इस राशि में से 7 करोड़ 16 लाख 85 हजार रुपए की राशि सामान्य वर्ग के लिए तथा 4 करोड़ 77 लाख 90 हजार रुपए की राशि अनुसूचित वर्ग के लिए स्वीकृत हुई है। उन्होंने बताया की जिला योजना के तहत जिला गुरुग्राम को स्वीकृत हुई राशि में से 30 प्रतिशत राशि रास्तों व नालियों के विकास कार्यो पर खर्च की जानी है। वहीं 70 प्रतिशत राशि शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सामुदायिक भवन, जलापूर्ति व सिंचाई, खेल सुविधाओं, आंगनबाड़ी का निर्माण व अन्य सामाजिक विकास कार्यो में खर्च की जानी है। उन्होंने बताया कि उपरोक्त राशि को विभिन्न खंडों व नगरपालिकाओं में जनसंख्या के आधार पर वितरित किया जाना है। इस दौरान उन्होंने 2022-23 के विकास कार्यो की प्रगति रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करते हुए कहा कि जिला में डी प्लान के तहत उपरोक्त अवधि में 280 विकास कार्य मंजूर हुए थे। जिसमें से 199 विकास कार्य पूरे हो चुके हैं।63 पर अभी विकास कार्य प्रगति पर है। डीसी ने बैठक में विस्तृत रिपोर्ट लेने उपरान्त उपस्थित सभी संबधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सभी अधिकारी डी प्लान के तहत पिछले वित्त वर्ष के जिन विकास कार्यों का काम प्रगति पर है उन्हें अगले एक माह में पूरा करवाना सुनिश्चित करें। अभियंता रूप हुडा, डीडीपीओ वीरेंद्र सिंह, जिला परिषद की चेयरपर्सन दीपाली चौधरी,जिला योजना अधिकारी मनोज सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
