फरीदाबाद, हरियाणा महिला आयोग की चेयरपर्सन रेनू भाटिया ने कहा कि महिला और पुरुष एक दूसरे के पूरक हैं। इसलिए औद्योगिक संस्थानों में महिलाओं के साथ बेहतर व्यवहार करें। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाएं दुर्गा का स्वरूप है, बस उन्हें जागरूक करना जरूरी है। हरियाणा महिला आयोग की चेयरपर्सन रेनू भाटिया ने यह वक्तव्य गत स्थानीय एफआईए हॉल में एमएसएमई द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न औद्योगिक संस्थानों के एसोसिएशन प्रतिनिधियों के एक दिवसीय सेमिनार में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत कर व्यक्त किए। उन्होंने कहा कि औद्योगिक संस्थानों में महिलाओं की शिकायत के लिए आईसीसी कमेटी का गठन करें। औद्योगिक संस्थानों में महिलाओं के सामने आने वाली परेशानी की शिकायत आईसीसी कमेटी में दर्ज की जाएगी। इसके लिए सभी औद्योगिक संस्थानों में आईसीसी कमेटी बनाई जानी सुनिश्चित करें। महिला आयोग की अध्यक्षा ने बताया कि सरकार महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर बहुत चिंतित है, इसलिए उन्हें अपने अधिकार जान लेने चाहिए। इसके लिए महिला आयोग हर सप्ताह जिला में औद्योगिक संस्थानों में जाकर महिलाओं को साइबर क्राइम के बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है। महिलाओं को समझाकर उन्हें जागरूक करें और घर से औद्योगिक इकाईयों तक आते-जाते समय अगर कोई व्यक्ति उन्हें परेशान करता है या उनके साथ दुव्र्यवहार करता है तो उसकी शिकायत तुरंत अपने परिजनों और संस्थान के प्रबंधन को दें। इस अवसर एफआईए प्रधान एसएल भूटानी ने कार्यशाला में आए अतिथियों और उद्योगपतियों का धन्यवाद किया। इस अवसर पर डीएलएफ एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष जे.पी. मल्होत्रा, रवि खत्री, कृष्ण कौशिक, आई.एम.टी. एसोसिएशन की प्रतिनिधि रश्मि सिंह सहित अन्य औद्योगिक संस्थान एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधि और एमएसएमई उपस्थित रहे।
